Items purchased on our
webpage can be returned in 30 days after the delivery without any questions asked. The returned items must be in sellable condition with original box.
In order to return such items, customers must contact Mamaco Red by email to hello@mamacored.com
Such emails should include the date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method.
The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should be shipped back with an active tracking number.
Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
