You are more than welcome to view your stock in person. We do ask that you book an appointment before visiting the vendors’ warehouse and before making a decision. We are open Monday – Friday 9 am-6 pm, Saturday 9 am-5 pm, Sunday please email or call before. Feel free to give us a call if you need any help or guidance on how to travel to our warehouse.
We do offer fast delivery services. The shipment usually takes 1 to 3 business days within the EU & United States of America.

Yes. You are welcome to come and collect your order in at our warehouse or arrange your own pick up from the courier company of your choice. Before visiting we do ask that you phone or email us to confirm that your purchase order is ready to be picked up!

Exchange and Returns
Items purchased on our webpage can be returned in 30 days after the delivery without any questions asked. The returned items must be in sellable condition with original box.

Such emails should include the date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method.
The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should be shipped back with an active tracking number.
Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm.
